According to Sina education channel, in October 26, 2005, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg (Mark Zuckerberg) delivered a public speech at the Stanford University, tells the story of Facebooks growth. When it comes to Facebooks corporate culture, Zuckerberg says the informal system is one of the characteristics of Facebook. In order to provide employees with a cheerful and comfortable office atmosphere, the company encourages unfettered communication to ensure that creativity continues to crop up.
Zuckerberg said that they often guide employees to learn to coexist, to help them understand other members of the logic of thinking, so as to achieve effective communication. Zuckerberg believes in respecting employees ideas and empowering employees to practice on the basis of full trust. In his view, it is this seemingly disorderly corporate culture, so that Facebook can maintain innovation and sustainable development.
