Abstract Through design of experiment this subject inspected some impacts of the main ingredients
in PCB copper platting solution, and learnt something from reading the Hull Cell card. This subject showed the
freshman about plating that some materials, on the other hand this subject showed some persons in the same
profession that the data about characteristics in detail of the copper plating solution.
