MAY 10, 2012 | TRANSCRIPT PotashCorp 2012 Analyst Meeting Denita Stann Good morning, everyone. Welcome to PotashCorp’s 2012 Analyst Day. My name is Denita Stann, and I’m the vice president of investor and public relations at PotashCorp, and we’re so glad you guys were able to join us today in – I can’t say sunny New Brunswick, but I can say it’s beautiful, so welcome to Saint John, and we’d also like to welcome everyone who is participating via webcast as well. So we appreciate the opportunity today to talk to you a little bit about our business and some of the opportunities that we see going forward. So before we begin, I’ll just give you a little bit of a glimpse at what our day looks like here in terms of agenda. We’ve set aside approximately one hour this morning to do management presentations, and then immediately following that, we’ll do about an hour of Q and A, and we’ll be taking questions live here from in the room. We’ll also be taking some live from the web as well so – and we just ask, if everybody’s okay with it, we’ll just hold off on the questions until the Q and A session starts, so – and then we’ll conclude our morning at about eleven o’clock local time here, and the folks here in the room will be joining us on a mine tour and a port facility tour, and we’re excited to be able to show you what’s going on at our New Brunswick facility. There’s a lot of activity happening with some major expansion work underway, and we think it’s a great opportunity to see that, so – and we’ll give you a few more details on that as – as we kind of come to a close this morning, so before we start, I’ll just introduce you quickly to our senior management team here up on my left side. We’ve got Bill Doyle, our president and chief executive officer; Garth Moore, president of potash; David Delaney, our executive vice president and chief operating officer; and Wayne Brownlee is our executive vice president and chief financial officer, and
