The 15-member committee pays close attention to emerging trends in manufacturing and production, pinpoints training required of today’s aerospace workers, and looks ahead to retirement and other factors that will impact the talent pipeline. In particular, the committee works to better align the state’s community and technical college system and apprenticeship training with industry demand. 1
