生物-实验题(Biology experiment question)

生物-实验题(Biology experiment question) Eight, experimental inquiry (the teacher off 1.2.3 title) 1, carefully observe the locusts chest and abdomen. You can find a row of holes in the right and left sides, which is the valve. The valve is connected to the trachea in the locust. The valve is the gateway of gas to the locusts body. Please design an experiment based on the experimental material given to show that the valve is the gateway to the entry of locust gas. Ask the question: is the valve the gateway to the locusts entry? Assume that the valve is the gateway to the locusts entry. Materials and appliances: (1) two live locusts; (2) two test tubes; (3) clear water; (4) glass strip; (5) thin wire. Experimental procedure: (1) adding equal mass of water to two tubes, labeled A and B respectively; (2) the locust is fixed on the glass strip by fine thread; (3) submerge a locust head into the water of a A test tube and submerge another locusts chest and abdomen into B test tube water. Watch over a period of time. The experiments expectation is that locusts died in the test tube and locusts were still alive in A tubes Conclusion: the valve is the gateway of locust gas entering. Discussion: select two locusts of the same size and life to reduce the interference of other factors in the investigation 2, explore the foraging behavior of ants: take a cardboard on top of A, B, C, set D four points, respectively, put sugar, chili sauce, vinegar, bread, and then placed near the ant nest, observe and answer the following questions: (1) ask the question: can ants identify and feed on food? (2) make a hypothesis that ants can recognize and feed food. (3) in the experiment, what is the role of vinegar in placing chili sauce?. (4) the expected phenomenon: ants climb to sugar and bread. (5) conclusion: ants can recognize and feed food. (6) how to deal with ants after the experiment: put back to nature. 3. Design inquiry experiment Background: earthworms live in moist, loose, organic soil
