Application of domestic probe (CSP18 /CSPX/CSPY /G LP21 probe probe group and GLP13 group) were detected in 50 cases of amniotic fluid cells, so as to judge whether the abnormal number of 13, 18, 21, fetal X and Y chromosome, and 50 cases of amniotic fluid chromosome culture results were compared. Results according to the experimental procedure, the FISH of 50 amniotic fluid samples was detected successfully. The accuracy rate was 100% compared with the result of fetal karyotype analysis. However, some F, I, S and H results in a small number of nuclei with abnormal hybridization signals. Conclusion compared with F I S H technique, amniotic fluid culture has the characteristics of short time cycle and high accuracy. It has important application value, but it can not completely replace the role of amniotic fluid culture in prenatal diagnosis.
