人力资源管理的核心价值链管理(Core value chain management of human resource management)
The core of human resource management is value chain management. There are three main links in this value chain:
The first part is value creation;
The second aspect is value evaluation;
The third part is the value distribution.
I. value creation
Value creation emphasizes the absorption and development of creative factors. It requires people to determine such an idea: the knowledge of innovators, entrepreneurs and employees is the enterprise value creator, and the dominant factor which is the knowledge of innovators and entrepreneurs, although they accounted for less than 20% of enterprises, but they have created more than 80% of the value of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises must pay attention to attract first-class talents, but also pay attention to the value of employees through development.
Two. Value evaluation
The second aspect is value assessment, which emphasizes the establishment of a scientific value evaluation system, which includes the evaluation of personality traits, the evaluation of professional behavior ability and the assessment of key performance indicators.
Personality trait assessment refers to the evaluation of whether employees have the personality traits required by a job, or thematic features. In the evaluation of personality traits, the quality model of various positions should be established first. For example, the development of requirement for a person with innovation, the pursuit of achievement, teamwork, good communication, learning and other aspects of personality traits; pilot job requirements for a person with love carping, asked the roots of poverty, the demand is higher than the effect of affinity demand, strong influence impulse to avoid annoying impulse and other aspects of the personality traits; sales requirements for a person with initiative and sensitivity; to grasp business opportunities, to influence others; can withstand setbacks, not afraid of bein
