医学影像学名词解释总结（Interpretation and summary of medical imaging terms） 1. spiral CT (SCT): spiral CT scanning is in rotary scanning basis, through the slip ring technology and scanning and the realization of the moving bed continuous straight tube, ball rotation and continuous moving bed at the same time, the X-ray scanning trajectory is spiral, so called spiral scanning. 2. CTA: an intravenous contrast agent that scans the volume of the blood vessel through the target organ, scans the volume of the spiral CT, and reconstructs the blood vessel image of the organ. 3. PTC: percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography. Direct transhepatic puncture of the intrahepatic bile duct under fluoroscopic guidance and contrast agents to show the bile duct system. Indications: biliary obstruction, intrahepatic bile duct dilatation. 7. ERCP: endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography; endoscopic insertion in perspective at the descending part of the duodenum, then the catheter was inserted through duodenal endoscopic injection of contrast agent, to display the biliary and pancreatic duct; indications: biliary obstruction; pancreatic diseases.
