This wireless technology relies on a broad network of fixed antennas (i.e., base stations) that transmit information via radio frequency (RF) signals. There are about 1400000 basic stations worldwide, and with the introduction of the third generation technology, the number is increasing significantly. The high-speed Internet access and other services as wireless networks, such as wireless local area network, in the home, office and many public places (airports, schools, residential area and the city area) is becoming more and more common. With the increasing number of base stations and wireless local area networks, peoples radio frequency contacts are also increasing. Recent investigations show that the radio frequency exposure of the base station ranges from 0.002% to 2% of the international standards of contact, depending on various factors, such as distance from the antenna and the surrounding environment. This is below or equal to the radio frequency contact caused by radio or television broadcast transmitters. Attention is paid to the possible health consequences of radio frequency fields generated by exposure to wireless technology. This issue reviews the scientific evidence on the health effects of small amounts of sustained exposure to base stations and other wireless local networks. Health issues of concern One of the most common concerns in the field of base station and wireless LAN antennas is the long-term health effects of the entire human contact with radio frequency signals. So far, the confirmation of academic commentary in RF field only relates to the health effects from exposure to high intensity RF field (only in some industrial facilities in the RF heater caused by temperature rise (see) 1 C). Radio frequency contacts between base stations and wireless networks are very low, so the
