However, over the past two years, there have been many lessons learned. Recently, the labs new graduate students followed me to do experiments, so I summed up my own experience, on the one hand, in order to help me do experiments in the future, and on the other hand, I wanted to help others. Since my major is biology, I am not sure whether this article is suitable for other majors. There are two ways to learn an experiment: to learn from others and to teach yourself. The two methods are different, the following are introduced. Basic operation and basic knowledge Generally speaking, it is difficult to learn completely by oneself. So, when you start learning experiments, youd better have someone to guide you. The content of the experiment may be divided into basic operations and specific experimental operations. The basic operation is the basis for specific experiments such as: how to measure the volume, how to measure and adjust the pH value, how to clean laboratory ware, aseptic technique, how to use pipette, how to configure the solution, how autoclave (high-pressure steam sterilization) etc.. In doing experiments, we should learn the most basic operations, and then learn the concrete experiments. These basic operations are of vital importance, which directly determine the success rate of the experiment. I cant fully describe these basic operations in this article, but I can recommend several books. The first book is the workbook of the laboratory of molecular biology (At the bench: navigator a laboratory). This book is an introductory book for biomedical postgraduates. I think its one of the books that must be read, and I suggest reading it more than three times. This book, about more than 300 pages, is a lot thinner than the other books that are going to be intro
