Construction and Installation Proj ect Administration of Yixing, Yixing 214206, China) Abstract: Using the method of vacuum, expanded perlite- paraffin phase change material is prepared with paraffin as phase change material and expanded perlite as absorption material. Film forming emulsion coated outside the phase change material in order to improve the stability of the phase change material. The diffused-exudative circle method is used to test the stability properties of the material. The results showed that: the best quality ratio of paraffin and expanded perlite is 21, best film forming emulsion is styrene acrylic, best emulsion dosage is 20 % of the mass of phase change material. Phase transition temperature of expanded perlite - paraffin amorphous phase change material is 25.05 , phase change latent heat is 128.93 J/g. The phase change material has a good stability.
