At present our country socialist market economic system has been set up preliminarily, and the establishment of the market system monopoly industries is the part of the market economic system establishment. Therefore, the government regulation of monopoly industries is necessary, also has its particularity. Our country to monopoly industries realized the separation of governing, initially build modern supervision system, but because market access strict, price regulation unreasonable and regulation is not science, appropriate relax market access, and adjust price management and establish scientific regulatory system is particularly necessary.
