Huang Received 26 August 2008; received in revised form 10 September 2009; accepted 4 November 2009 調質軋延目的除了消除碳鋼降伏點，防止加工時發生伸長性應變外，可藉由調質軋延 矯正鋼帶形狀及改善表面粗糙度。另為達成自動車用高清淨性及高防銹性表面品質需求， 可經由調質軋延液配方改善及防銹油相互作用，而影響軋延後鋼品防銹抗油斑特性。本研 究經由界面活性劑、濕潤劑、防銹劑、磨潤劑等組成改善，已開發新型 RL1C 及 RL1B 調 質液，經磨耗實驗評估，可提升約20 ~ 40%抗磨耗及軋延潤滑性，而經調質軋延產線試用 後，軋輥磨潤性預估可提升約 15%以上，每年降低 50%換輥維修頻率。另外加塗冷軋防銹 油後，可使鋼捲久儲防銹及抗油斑性由原來低於6 個月，提升至一年以上。 關鍵詞：調質連延；調質液 ；軋延磨潤；抗油斑；防銹性。 ABSTRACT A temper rolling process is an essential step to eliminate the yield point during forming and to adjust the surface quality of cold rolled (CR) steels, using wet rolling chemicals before a further treatment with anti-rust oil. In this article, tests and the respective results on newly developed temper rolling chemicals, RL1B and RL1C, formulated with surfactants, wetting agents, and anti- rust and anti-wear additives to improve the rolling performance are described. After rolling tests in the laboratory and in a temper mill with the new rolling chemicals RL1B and RL1C, it was found that
