摘要：通过对《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223—2011)污染限值的解读，结合目前燃煤电厂实施脱
硫、脱硝工程的近况及实际运行的经验，叙述了燃煤电厂执行二氧化硫和氮氧化物新排放标准所面临的巨大
压力，以及加大减排措施的力度、治污设备的技术改造、减排效率的提升等一系列问题。对新排放标准中重点
地区二氧化硫的排放浓度小于50mg／m3、氮氧化物的排放浓度小于100mg／m3的限值要求进行了客观分
析，提出了若干建议。 ．
