Methods 　The clinic dat a and blood t ransfusion of 28 p atient s during OL T were analyzed. Results 　The tot al blood volume of t ransfusion was 9 5 17 ±7 680 ml averagely for t he 28 p atient s in general during OL T , including t hat of an infant ( 920 ml) , massive blood t ransfusion in 2 cases (28 740 ml and 38 580 ml respectively) .
