Abstract: the development of economy and society requires that accounting major should aim at training applied talents, while the current training mode of accounting professionals can not achieve this goal well. The main reason is that the accounting profession can not properly integrate theory and practice in the cultivation of applied talents. The contradiction between the employment of accounting majors and the difficulty of finding the required professionals is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes and studies the training of Applied Talents in accounting specialty at present stage, and looks for effective training mode of applied talents of accounting specialty.

I. the necessity of training applied talents of Accounting Specialty
The demand of accounting talents in current education to cultivate the talent market and accounting professionals are disjointed, accounting personnel to enhance the comprehensive quality of behind the needs of economic development, showing a lack of coordination with the economic development, contrary to the scientific development of social theory. Enterprises and institutions lack confidence in college students, that students do not have strong practical ability, impetuous mentality, a sense of responsibility is not strong, at the same time, there is prejudice to the singleness of the education system, which makes this disconnection phenomenon more obvious.
