催化事故应急预案（Emergency plan for catalytic accident） 1. purpose 1, in view of the accidents and dangerous situations that may occur in the process of production and maintenance, the author puts forward corresponding treatment and emergency measures. 2 let the workshop staff understand the hidden dangers of the device, firmly establish safety awareness, strengthen safety work. 2. basic information Our workshop was completed in September 2006, put into operation in September 11th and succeeded in driving at one time. The main products are gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas and dry gas, and some of them are thrown out. The process includes reaction regeneration, fractionation, stabilization, and three major parts (main fan, air compressor, air compressor) four major parts. 1. brief introduction of technological process: The raw oil enters the system through a heat exchanger to 180 to 200 DEG C into the reactor riser, in high temperature to 700 DEG C under the effect of catalyst in catalytic cracking reaction, catalyst separation from the reactor by burning after recycling, flue gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere after burning, oil and gas into the reaction system of oil separation, plasma fractionation light diesel oil, naphtha and rich gas. The oil slurry is thrown into the tank farm or partly back into the refinery; the light diesel oil is sent to the tank farm after alkaline washing; the crude gasoline enters the absorption stabilizing system as absorbent; the rich gas is compressed into the absorption and stabilization system by the compressor. The dry gas separated from the absorption stabilization system enters the low-pressure gas pipeline network. The liquefied petroleum gas is refined by desulfurization and the stable gasoline is refined and purified by alkali washing. 2. features of safety production: The equipment is from raw material oil to product gasoline, diesel oil, liquefied gas, dry gas, oil slurry, ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide. They
