215蓄电池组安装施工工艺（215 installation and construction process of storage battery） 1 range The process standard is applicable to the fixed lead-acid battery group with the capacity of 24V and above, the capacity of 30A + H and the installation of Ni Cd alkaline storage battery with the capacity of 10A + H and above. 2 construction preparation 2.1 equipment and material requirements 2.1.1 all equipment and equipment used shall comply with the current technical standards issued by the state and the ministry. 2.1.2 installation of equipment and equipment should have a nameplate, indicating the manufacturer, equipment name, specifications, models, and should have qualified documents and technical documents. 2.1.3 equipment specifications, models should meet the design requirements, accessories and spare parts complete. 2.1.4 formulated lead-acid batteries, electrolytic sulfuric acid should be used in line with the existing national standard sulfuric acid used for batteries, and product certification. 2.1.5 prepared steel nickel alkaline battery electrolyte should be in line with the existing national standard three levels of chemical purity of potassium hydroxide (KOH), its technical conditions are shown in table 2-36.
