基于径赛终点图像采集计时系统设计与实现 摘要： 在各类竞速体育比赛中，尤其是中短距离的冲刺运动成绩判定，仅仅依靠手工计时是无法满足要求的，目前，我国各类大赛运动成绩判定使用最多的是国外生产的彩色图像计时判定系统。我国自主研发的该类设备依然停留在黑白图像计时判定水平上，本文将高速彩色线阵电荷耦合器件charge-coupled device技术应用于径赛终点高速图像采集电动计时系统中，介绍了终点计时系统的组成和工作原理，同时对彩色图像采集后期处理中影响图像质量的各种因素进行了深入的分析，详尽描述了在数字图像处理中如何运用灰度、彩色平衡、直方图均衡化等数字图像处理技术，从而得到清晰的、高质量的彩色图像数据。 abstract: at present, all kinds of racing in sports, especially in the short sprint exercise performance judgment, only rely on manual timing is unable to meet the requirements of the various types of competition, our country rely on most is the foreign production of color image timing decision system. at present, china’s independent research and development of this kind of equipment still remain in the black and white image timing decision level, this paper will be of high speed color linear ccd array charge-coupled device technology to track end high speed image acquisition electric timing system, introduces the terminal timing system composition and working principle, and the late effects of treatment in color image acquisition the image quality of the various factors to carry on the thorough analysis, detailed description in digital image processing in how to use the gray scale, color balance, such as histogram equalization of digital image processing technology, in order to get clear, high quality of color image data. 关键词： 终点图像采集；时标叠加；数字图像处理；电荷耦合器件 key words: collecting image；time base superposition；digital image processing；charge-coupled device 中图分类号：tp274+.2 文献标识码：a 文章编号：1006-4311（2012）11-0153-02 0 引言 径赛终点图像采集计时系统主要应用于各种竞速类比赛终点图像判读，当前的各类竞速比赛最终结果往往决定于百分之一秒甚至千分之一秒，人肉眼很难分辨，所以靠以往的人工计时已经无法满足要求。国际田联也同时规定要求只有电子计时系统判定的成绩才能作为最终的结果，并予以认可[1]。目前我国已经将径赛终点图像采集计时系统应用于国内各类比赛之中。我国在体育电子设备领域的研究、生产比国外同类产品起步晚，技术含量低，比赛判读精度不高、判读图像也还停留在黑白图像判定这一水平上，而国外同类产品虽然性能上有优势，但是每套价格高，有的甚至在几十万美元左右，需要大量外汇，这不符合我国国情更不适合普及，所以研制新一代彩色图像计时系统是竞技体育的需要，也是科技工作者科技创新的需要。 1 径赛终点图像采集计时系统组成及工作原理 终点判定系统与相关设备现场连接示意图如图1所示。它主要由发令信号传感器、信
