( ) 中南大学学报 医学版 　2004 ,29 (4) J Cent Sout h Univ (Med Sci) 475 ① 直接法和间接法前牙桩核冠修复的临床对比观察 李 　纯 , 冯云枝 ( 中南大学湘雅二医院口腔科 ,长沙 4 100 11) [摘要] 　目的:评价用嵌体蜡直接法和用寒天 、藻酸盐印模材料联合印模法制取残冠 、残根桩核的临床应用 。 方法 :对 9 1 例 119 颗残冠残根分别用嵌体蜡直接法和用寒天联合印模间接法制作桩核 。完成后的桩核经临床试戴 、 黏固后烤瓷全冠修复 。结果 :嵌体蜡直接法修复 76 颗牙 ,成功 7 1 颗 ,失败 5 颗 ; 间接法修复 43 颗牙 ,成功 42 颗 ,失 败 1 颗 。结论 :寒天联合印模法操作简便 , 印模精确度高 ,桩核与根管 、根面边缘密合性好 , 固位力强 , 临床实用性 好 。 [ 关键词] 　残冠残根 ; 　桩核 ; 　联合印模法 [ 中图分类号] 　R783 . 3 　　　　[文献标识码] 　A 　　　　[文章编号] (2004) Cl inical eval uation of extensively da maged pul pless anterior teeth restored with direct and indirect cast dowelcore crowns L I Chun , F EN G Yunzhi ( Dep art ment of S tom atology , S econ d X iangy a Hosp ital , Cent ral S out h University , Changs ha 4 100 11, Chi na) Abstract : 　Objective 　To comp are t he clinical effect s of t he restoration of residual crowns and root s wit h direct and indirect cast dowelcore crowns.
