We will be using blank forms and work sheets to help you gather the information that you need for the electronic version of the STS/TIS. The plan is that the documentation that you complete will be saved in a common directory for referral later – For example: Material Q-Drive * The task name should be what you are trying to accomplish. The the step descriptions are what ACTIONS are required to complete the task. Step descriptions answers the WHAT Detail on how to do the step is not provided in the step description column Steps are not necessarily required to be completed in a specific order * Speaker Notes: Be Brief Avoid use of abbreviations, acronyms and jargon Ask - For example – What is the engineering name for the Pork Chop or Bailey? Discuss the potential issues with left right – vehicle, operator guide path, grill install, agv backwards, frame upside down etc. * Speaker Notes: Answers the question of HOW/WHY. Not all major steps require a key point – ask for an example. However, if the Step Description requires more detail about how best to perform that step then there needs to be a key point.
