When studying the historical development of science of management, three basic phases forming science of management have been regarded. These phases are; Taylor, Fayol and Weber composing Classic Term; Mayo theory, Hawthorne experiments composing Neo-classic Term and Modern Approaches. Each phase is subject for an article itself.
