T e factorst at influence t e yield were studied, andt e op timized reaction conditionswere determined, i. e. reaction temperature was 100 , microwave irradiation power was 600 W irradiation time was 15 min, and t e ratio of p enylamine to glacial acetic was 1 25. And under t is reaction conditions, t e yield of acetanilide was en anced from 55% to 70% , reaction time was s ortened, and t e reaction rate was raised.
