I. The importance of human resource management to enterprises
(1) human resource management is the key to the survival and development of an enterprise. In order to achieve its stated goal, enterprises must use all kinds of resources as inputs. These resources can be basically divided into five categories: human, financial, material, information and time. This is the indispensable source of social wealth and the foundation for the survival of enterprises. But its status and role is not the same, the use of money and material, information and time, must go through human resources activities, human talents, has become the biggest power of enterprise development, which has special function in other resources are not available, use a combination of other resources are driven by human resources, efficiency it is to play the configuration and optimization of human talent and benefit as the premise.
