At the same time, there is a huge gap between the supply and demand of talent in the logistics market, and the logistics industry is facing a shortage of qualified personnel. It has also become a bottleneck restricting the development of the logistics industry. To meet the needs of the development of the logistics industry, a variety of levels of logistics management, academic education and non academic education have emerged. Many colleges and universities have set up logistics management related courses and courses. In the enrollment catalogue of higher education institutions in 2002, there are 9 Institutions in charge of setting up logistics management in the Ministry of education.
