摘 要 项目管理是一种新兴的管理学科，是一种科学的管理方式。21世纪世界发展迅速，各国科技和社会竞争已趋于白热化，随着我国城市化水平的不断提高，科学技术的进步和社会的发展，各行各业的竞争都演变的越来越激烈。为了提高竞争力，人们日益关注和重视的问题是如何在规定的时间期限内，按照预定的计划，保证质量的完成某项任务。而项目管理正是解决这一问题的最有效的方法。中国的项目管理出现于上世纪末，并迅速在市场化、法制化、国际化建设等方面取得突破性进展。但中国的项目管理与发达国家相比还存在许多弊病，如何与国际发达国家的项目管理靠近并接轨，并且进一步建立适应中国国情的项目管理理论，是我们今后在发展项目管理上重点研究项目。本文着重讲述了我国项目管理与国际如何接轨的问题及中国的项目管理将如何发展的问题。 关键字：项目管理，国际惯例，接轨，中国国情 Abstract The project administration is one kind of administration discipline new and developing , is one kind of the science supervisor mode.
