10年间11 507例已婚妇女普查结果分析[摘要] 目的:为掌握本公司女职工妇科病发病情况,有效控制妇女常见病的发病情况,并为制定有效防治措施提供依据。方法:把兰州铝业有限公司女职工1998年7月～2008年6月每2年1次共6次妇科病普查结果分为两组分析。结果:高发疾病前5位依次是乳腺增生、宫颈炎、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、附件囊肿。结论:本公司女职工每2年1次的妇科病普查普治,对早期发现,早期治疗各类妇科疾病,提高妇女健康水平有极其重要的意义。加强健康教育,提高妇女的自我保健意识,是提高妇科病普查普治率的重要措施。完善规范,普查项目是提高普查质量的关键;实施针对性治疗,可降低常见病的发病率。 [关键词] 妇科病;普查普治;妇女保健;健康教育 [中图分类号] R711 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1674-4721(2010)06(a)-142-03 11 507 cases of married women in 10 years disease survey results Wang Meiai1, Yang Huiru2 (1.Aluminum Plant Workers Hospital of Lanzhou, Gansu Province, Lanzhou 730060, China; 2.Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Lanzhou, Gansu Province, Lanzhou 730030, China) [Abstract] Objective: To master the company’s own situation of women workers women’s disease, effective control of women, the incidence of common diseases, to provide the basis for the development of effective preventive measures. Methods: Lanzhou Aluminium Co., Ltd. female workers since July 1998 to 2008 years in June every two years, a total of 6 women patients into two groups of census results. Results: The top five diseases were breast hyperplasia, cervicitis, vaginitis, uterine fibroids, annex cyst. Conclusion: The women workers of the company to conduct a biennial survey of women’s diseases and cured, early detection, early treatment of various gynecological diseases, improve the level of women’s health is extremely important.
