BiPAP联合参麦注射液治疗重度心衰患者临床探究【摘要】目的：研究无创双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)联合参麦注射液对重度充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法：41例重度充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组(18例)和治疗组(BiPAP联合参麦注射液)（河北神威药业有限公司生产，国药准字Z1302O886）(23例),观察两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后的血气分析与心功能指标的改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率高于观察组，差异有显著性；治疗组氧分压(PaO2)、氧饱和度(SaO2)、心搏量、心脏指数和射血分数均明显高于观察组，二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和Boston积分均明显低于观察组，差异有显著性。结论：无创双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)联合参麦注射液能提高重度充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果，值得临床推广。 【关键词】无创双水平气道正压通气;参麦注射液;重度充血型心力衰竭 【中图分类号】R541.6+1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1007-8517(2009)12-0038-02 Clinical study of therapeutic effect of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation united with Shenmai injection on the patients with severe congestive heart failure WU Meng-zhangOUYANG Dang-yu （Department of Emergency,The Second Xiangya Hospital,Central South Uiversity,Changsha,410011,China） 【Abstract】 Objective:To Research the therapeutic effect of non-invasive bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) combined with Shenmai injection on the patients with severe congestive heart failure.
