头颈部恶性黑色素瘤11例临床研究【摘要】 目的 探讨头颈部恶性黑色素瘤的临床表现、临床分期、治疗和预后。方法 回顾分析我院收治的11例恶性黑色素瘤患者，6例行手术、放疗和化疗，5例行手术加免疫治疗。结果 完全缓解2例，部分缓解5例，无效为4例，随访3～5年，3年生存者为4例，5年生存者为0例。结论 恶性黑色素瘤患者预后差，生存期短，治疗以手术治疗为主，采用免疫治疗辅助手术效果更好。? 【关键词】 恶性黑色素瘤；免疫治疗；头颈 ??
