血清CA125、CA199、CEA及AFP检测对肝癌及卵巢癌诊断评估【摘要】 目的 探讨CA125、CA199、CEA和AFP四种肿瘤标志物在肿瘤性疾病诊断中的临床意义和应用价值。方法 采用放射免疫分析方法(RIA)检测。结果 ①在肝脏良、恶性两组疾病中，血清CA125、CA199和AFP水平均高于正常对照组，其中肝癌组AFP又明显高于良性病变组(P0．01)；对于单检的诊断效率，AFP高于其他指标；另外，CA199、CEA和AFP联检在敏感性、特异性及准确性上均显著高于单检组；②在卵巢癌和良性病变组，血清CA125和CA199水平均高于正常对照组，其中卵巢癌组CA125又明显高于良性病变组(P0．01)；对于单检的诊断效率，CA125高于其他指标；另外，CA199、CEA和CA125联检在敏感性、特异性及准确性上均显著高于单检组。结论 应用多项指标联检可以提高肝癌和卵巢癌的诊断效率。 【关键词】 肿瘤标志物；放射免疫分析法；诊断效率 Diagnostic estimates of serum CA125、CA199、CEA and AFP detecting in patients with hepatic cancer and ovarian carcinoma ZHANG Xin,SONG Li-ping,SUN Xiao.Department of Nuclear Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital,Liaoning Medical College Jin Zhou 121001,China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance and applicability of four tumor markers(CA125、CA199、CEA and AFP)for tumor diagnosis.Methods Serum contents of these four tumor markers were determined with radioimmunoassay(RIA)in patients with hepatic or ovarian carcinoma.Results ①In groups of hepatic cancer and benign diseases,the serum levels of CA125，CA199 and AFP were higher than those in control.While the level of AFP in hepatic cancer was much higher than those in benign diseases(P0．01).The diagnostic efficiency of single AFP determination was higher than other single ones.Furthermore,the diagnostic efficiency of CA199、CEA and AFP combining determination was the highest among them;②In groups of ovarian carcinoma and benign diseases,the serum levels of CA125 and CA199 were higher than those in control.While the level of CA125 in ovarian carcinoma was much higher than those in benign diseases(P0．01).The diagnostic efficiency of single CA125 determination was higher than other single ones.Furthermore,the diagnostic efficiency of CA125、CA199 and CEA combining determination was the highest among them.Conclusion With combined determination of the tumor markers,the diagnostic efficiencies of hepatic and ovarian carcinomas could be enhanced greatly. 【Key words】 Tumor ma
