中速辊式磨煤机磨辊卡涩问题分析

摘要：随着我国火电机组的快速发展，中速辊式磨煤机得到了广泛应用。介绍了中速辊式磨煤机的主要参数及工作原理，
分析了磨辊卡涩的主要原因及危害。针对存在的问题，通过在生产现场进行试验和研究，提出了合理的解决方案，实施后
有效解决了磨辊卡涩问题，保证了磨煤机的安全、稳定运行。
关键词：中速辊式磨煤机；磨辊；卡涩；挡板
