小型拔梗机的研究机设计 【摘 要】 本文针对农作物的茎秆采用机械化收获进行了一定的研究，并研制出了一种小型农作物拔梗机。设计的这种拔梗机在满足普通拔梗机的功能的基础上还做了一些改进，设计一种拔梗更快更干净、更加小型轻便，成本低，且效率更高，性能更好的拔梗机，广泛适用于中小型田间作业。阐述了小型农作物拔梗机的工艺流程、结构特点。根据设计要求，确定了基本参数及主要技术性能指标。对小型农作物拔梗机所需功率进行分析确定，通过实验分析得出了结论。 改进后的拔梗机能一次完成农作物茎秆的破土、夹持、拔出、提升、输送和成堆集放，工序集中，生产效率高，结构简单、制造、安装、操作方便、使用维护简便，功能齐全，适应性强，故障少，使用寿命长，能一机多用。 【关键词】：小型内燃机；拔梗机；作物茎秆；实验分析 Machine of small pulling machine design stem Abstract This paper adopted the stalks mechanized harvesting crops made certain research, and developed a small crops pull infarction machine. The improved pull infarction function once completed crop stalks break, clamping, uproot, upgrade, transmission and piles set to put, process focused, efficient production, simple structure, manufacture, installation, convenient operation, use convenient maintenance, the function is all ready, adaptable, low malfunction, service life is long, can multi-usage. 【Keywords】：Small internal combustion engine； Crop stalks；Pulled infarction machine；Experimental analysis 第一章 绪论 1.1 课题背景 我国是一个农业大国，玉米、棉花的种植面积大，仅我省的玉米、棉花种植面积就达1000万亩以上。近几年来，玉米、棉花的种植面积仍在不断扩大，收获后茎杆留在地间中，农民要采用砍、割、拔的方式进行清除，劳动强度大，作业效率低。而且砍、割后，这些作物兜根仍留在土壤中，影响来年播种。同时夹藏虫卵，增加来年庄稼病虫危害。加之秸秆碳氮比高，不易腐烂。所以秸秆还田常因翻压量过大，土壤水分不适，施不够，翻压质量不好等原因，出现妨碍耕作，影响出苗，烧苗，病虫害增加等现象，有的甚至造成减产。然而这些茎秆的收获却成了农民大伤脑筋的事情。历年来，这些茎秆的收获一直沿用人工拔收，一是农民劳动强度大，二是占用时间长，大都采用一年单熟的耕作方式，为减少农民的劳动强度
