分布式发电接入政策措施研究

摘要：国家能源局十二五期问将积极发展天然气分布式能源示范项目。目前我国针对天然气三联产系统等分布式
电源的并网标准还未出台，这使得分布式能源并网矛盾比较突出。本文在梳理我国分布式发电发展存在的问题和
障碍的基础上，借鉴国外先进经验，结合我国能源利用战略，提出促进我国分布式发电开发利用政策措施建议。
关键词：分布式发电：接入系统；政策研究。
