Key words: frame structure cast-in-place concreate spread footing roof plate normal section 引言 本次毕业设计主要是对某中学学生宿舍楼进行建筑和结构两方面的设计。建筑设计方面要完成建筑设计总说明和建筑图纸的绘制，结构设计方面除了要详细完成结构设计计算书外，还要绘制结构施工图。在完成设计的过程中，通过计算我更深刻地理解所学概念和原理的意义，培养综合运用所学知识独立地分析问题和解决问题的能力， 1.1 工程背景 本项目为层钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，占地面积约为 m2，总建筑面积约为 m2；层高3.m,平面尺寸为m×36.0m。采用基础，室内地坪为±0.000m，室外内高差0.6m。 框架梁、柱、楼面、屋面板板均为现浇。 气象资料基本风荷载W。=0.5kN/ m2 基本雪荷载0.4 kN/ m2。 地质条件 地震设防烈度 设计地震分组 1.1.2 建筑材料 柱采用C30，纵筋采用HRB335，箍筋采用HPB235，梁采用C30，纵筋采用HRB335，箍筋采用HPB235。基础采用C30，纵筋采用HRB400，箍筋采用HPB235。本工程为层，主体高度为米，属层建筑。 经过结构论证设计任务书等实际情况，以及本有的空间布置，和较高的抗震等级，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。 本项目为层钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，占地面积约为 m2，总建筑面积约为 m2；层高3.m平面尺寸为.3m×36.0m。采用基础，室内地坪为±0.000m，室外内高差0.6m。 框架平面同柱网布置如下图： 2-1 框架平面柱网布置 框架梁柱现浇，屋面及楼面采用100mm厚现浇钢筋混凝土。 基本风荷载W。=0.5kN/ m2;基本雪荷载为0.
