Fipronil was determined by HPLC with UV detector, ODS column and acetonitrilemethanolwater as mobile phase, the results was satisfactory. The determination results of HPLC showed that the relative standard deviations was 0.42% and average spiked recoveries of fipronil were within 100.5%104.3%.
