Met ods Tw enty cases of malignant tumors complicate w ith superior vena cava syn- rome nursing process w ere retrospectively analyze . The superior vena cava obstruction syn rome observation point an nursing metho w as summarize . Results After active treatment an nurs- ing, 16 cases of the system show e remission of symptoms, an 4 cases showe no remission. Con- clusion T he complication w ith superior vena cava obstruction syn rome in patients w ith tumors shoul be closely observe of isease con itions, early etection of obstructive symptoms an aggres- sive treatment not only can alleviate the symptoms, but also can prolong relapse- free survival.
