Abstract : BPL is the ost i portant docu ent in the international ariti egoods transport. The ain legal proble
is centralized in thecarrierÄs responsibility in fulfilling the right obligation of BPL. Fro 1920Äs to now, thecarrierÄs respon-
sibility syste has greatly changed and the changes are ainly reflected by the three international conventions of Hague
Rules, Visby Rules and Ha burg Rules. Although our country isnÄt the contracting parties of thethree international conven-
tions, yet theMariti e Law of our country has absorbed and reflected the law adjust ent regulations of BPL.
