Abstract: Shandong Province is a big ocean province,w hich ocean area approaches its territory area. With the development of in-
dust ry and agriculture, large amount of industry and agriculture waste w ater and domest ic sewage blow off the sea, lead to the
marine eco-environment w orsen, and ultimately form H ABs. Responsive control measures have been submitted specifically for
red tide damage and cause of formation.
