摘要汽车工业发展到今时今日，汽车的动力性能已经能够满足绝大多数道路条件和运输能力的要求。然而，汽车安全事故仍时有发生。因此，汽车安全性已经成为汽车工业发展中不可忽视的领域。汽车制动系统是保障汽车安全性的最重要组成部分，同时其性能好坏与否也是衡量汽车安全性的重要指标。本次毕业设计将通过设计一个汽车制动器，来系统地了解和学习汽车制动系统。本文首先对汽车制动系统的作用和工作原理进行简要的说明，通过比较各种类型汽车制动器结构的优势和不足，确定要设计的制动器的结构形式。然后，理论分析了汽车制动系统制动时汽车的受力情况、制动力分配和制动器制动力矩等。接下来，以某国产轿车的整车参数为基础，设计计算了制动器的制动盘、制动衬块、制动钳等主要部件，并运用UG软件对这些部件进行三维建模。最后，利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对制动盘进行了温度场和热应力分析，确保了制动盘满足设计要求。关键词：制动器,制动力分配,三维建模,有限元分析Design and Analyze of Automobile BrakeABSTRACTGetting nowadays of the automotive industry, the power performance of the automobile has been able to meet the requirements of most of the road conditions and transportation capacity. However, the car accident still occurs frequently. Therefore, the safety performance of automobile has become an important area of the development of automobile industry. The braking system is the most important part of the automobile safety, and the performance of the automobile is the important indicator of the safety of automobile. This graduation design will design a car brake in order to understand and learn automobile braking system.In this paper, the brake system of the automobile is briefly introduced, and through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of car brake structure, determine the form of the brake. Then, the braking system of the automobile is analyzed, such as the mechanical condition, the braking force distribution and the brake torque of the brake. Next, based on a domestic automobile’s parameters ,it will design and calculate of the main components of the brake, such as brake disc, brake lining block, brake calipers, and use UG software to model these components.
