Abstract :A full range of industrial tests including chemical composition ，casting quality ，production microstructure and
properties are carried out on SWＲH82B ，which is produced by Baotou Tiancheng Wire Co． Ltd． The test results are analyzed
in order to improve process parameters ，reduce the wire surface defects ，improve the yield ，reduce the objection and verify
the stability of 82B． The paper lays the foundation for controlling the mechanical properties during rolling and has a guiding
significance for production．
