风量与风压(Air volume and wind pressure) Ventilation and wind pressure of cooling fan Type: reader: date: 2001-11-20 10:37:40 -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- There are two kinds of test methods for wind pressure and wind pressure, one is the wind tunnel test, the other is the double box method. But for the average user, no such device can only be seen from the data provided by the manufacturer. Therefore, users can use this data as a reference, and finally, the cooling effect will be seen. 1. Air volume Air volume refers to the product of fan ventilation area and the plane velocity of the area. The area of ventilation is the area of the outlet minus the projected area of the vortex tongue. The plane velocity is the velocity of the gas flowing through the entire plane, in meters per second. When the plane speed is certain, the larger the outer diameter of the fan blade wheel, the larger the ventilation area, the larger the air volume. The larger the air volume, the more the cold air absorbs heat, and the more heat it can take away from the air flow, the more obvious the heat dissipation effect. 2. Wind pressure For normal ventilation, the fan must overcome the resistance in the fan ventilation stroke. The fan must generate pressure to overcome the air supply resistance. The measured pressure change is called static pressure, which is the difference between maximum static pressure and atmospheric pressure. It is the pressure of the gas on the surface of the object, which is measured by the hole perpendicular to its surface. The form of kinetic energy required to convert gas flow into pressure is called dynamic pressure. Static pressure and dynamic pressure are required for the purpose of air supply. The total pressure is the algebraic sum of static pressure and dynamic
