The first semester of 2010 academic work summary
First, the basic situation
This term our school junior high school and senior high school has 52 classes, registered 2619 students, teachers more than 170 people. The work is complicated, but in the correct guidance of school leaders, working together with the functional departments and the staff of the office of academic affairs, successfully completed the work of this semester.
This semester I work guiding ideology is: cultural guide, the connotation of development as the theme, pay close attention to teaching routine, comprehensively regulate and improve the teaching management level; to change the concept of education, enhance the sense of reform, and actively participate in the new curriculum reform in senior high school, to have a good start in the new curriculum reform in high; strengthen the two graduating class work and evaluation process, strive for new breakthroughs and improvement in the quality of education and teaching; strengthen the research on classroom teaching, help teachers to improve teaching methods, improve teaching efficiency.
Two, the main work
1, to further standardize the education, strengthen management, demonstration and play a leading role in the demonstration school.
One is the full implementation of the program, complete and enough courses; two parallel classes. The three is to regulate the subscription fees and supplementary information, strictly control the extracurricular information, and resolutely curb arbitrary charges, reduce the burden on students and parents.
