复合材料工艺介绍（Introduction to composite technology） An overview of composite molding process: Composite molding process is the basis for the development and condition of the composite materials industry. With wider application in composite material, the composite materials industry has developed rapidly, the old process improvement and new molding methods are constantly emerging, the composite material molding method about the following process is widely used in industrial production in China, such as: (1) handlay up; (2) injection molding process; (3) casting technology; (4) definite length winding process; (5) continuous winding process; (6) pultrusion process; (7) the bag pressure (pressure bag); (8) sheet molding process (SMC); (9) assembly molding process (BMC); (10) a thermoplastic sheet of plastic mold manufacturing technology (GMT); (11) vacuum bag molding (vacuum diversion process); (12) resin transfer molding technology (RTM); (13) vacuum assisted light RTM (L-RTM) (14) the other forming process (omitted). From the above process the order of view, composite materials forming the mold from open to semi open gradually shift to the closed. According to the different characteristics of the product, depending on the selected resin matrix of different materials, and then select the different process, the liquid composite molding process and common characteristics of closed die: (1) materials manufacturing and molding finished at the same time under normal circumstances, the production process of composite materials, is also the product forming process. The properties of materials must be designed according to the requirements of the products, so in the rebel material, mix design, determine the fiber layer and forming method, all products must meet the physicochemical properties, structure shape and appearance quality requirements.
