Description  Accessory Item Usage 78W Power Adapter Supply 12V/1.5A、24V/2.5A power 80mmThermal Paper Printing Installation Steps There are 2 ways of installation“ desktop mode” and “Wall mounting mode”. Desktop placement Pls place the device on a flat position Wall mounting placement Advantage of wall mounting is saving spaces. But it needs to install a fixture on wall and 4 screws under the device. Setting of screen rotation Steps： “Setting” Display Screen direction Choose desktop or wall mounted display  Installation of power supply Install the thermal paper Step1： Take out a roll of paper and lift the cover. Step2：Put the paper inside the groove and pull out the paper to the feeder edge. Wrong placement：Don’t put the paper upside down, otherwise the printer can’t work. Notice：The smooth side of paper is the outer side and the rough side is the inner. Step 3：Close the cover Turning on the device After installing the power supply, turn on the switch of the rear. The starting takes 30 seconds so kindly be patient and wait Warning Difference of warning： Warning type Reason Beep Beep Beep Beep Wrong placement of paper or cover opened. Beep Beep—Beep Beep Beep Beep—Beep Beep Network connection Error Check the warning type when it warns for proper handling. Wrong placement of paper or cover opened.： Open the cover and adjust the paper position. Network connection Error：Check the network environment，then deal with according to “Network Errors”。 Printing Error Open the cover and check the groove, see if it were caused by no paper, no extension of paper, or paper jammed in output. Paper jammed in output： Carefully remove the jammed paper or use a tweezers to pull out. Don’t shake the device to avoid additional damage. Network Error When network connection errors, there will be corresponding warning sound and light(Pls check the warning and light status). Pls check the status bar to see if signal shows. If not, pls move the device to ou
