小儿巨幼细胞性贫血患者52例临床研究[摘要] 目的 分析小儿巨幼细胞性贫血患者的临床特点。方法 回顾性分析52例小儿巨幼细胞性贫血患者的临床资料。结果 20～30 d恢复正常者有29例，占55.8％；31～40 d恢复正常者有17例，占32.7％；41～50 d恢复正常者有6例，占11.5％。引起小儿巨幼细胞性贫血的最重要的原因是营养不良，与本地区的饮食结构有关。新鲜蔬菜及肉类的摄入不足，导致小儿患巨幼细胞性贫血的比例升高。另外，偏食也是引起小儿巨幼细胞性贫血的原因之一。结论 小儿巨幼细胞性贫血应早诊断、早治疗、早预防。 [关键词] 小儿；巨幼细胞性贫血；临床特点；原因 [中图分类号] R556 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）07（b）-0240-02 Clinical analysis of 52 children with megaloblastic anemia MA Yihua WU Jing Pediatrics Department of People’s Hospital of Ning County in Gansu Province, Ning County 745200, China [Abstract] Objective To analyse the clinical features of the children patients with megaloblastic anemia(MA)． Methods The clinical data in 52 patients with MA were retrospectively reviewed． Results There were 29 cases returned normal between 20 and 30 days, accounting for 55.8%; 17 cases returned normal between 31 and 40 days, accounting for 32.7%; 6 cases returned normal between 41 and 50 days, accounting for 11.5%. The important reason to cause children megaloblastic anemia was malnutrition, and was related with local diet structure. Fresh vegetables and meat intake was insufficient, resulting in a pediatric patient megaloblastic anemia elevated proportion. In addition, the partial eclipse was one of the causes of children with megaloblastic anemia. Conclusion Children with megaloblastic anemia should be early diagnosis, early treatment, early prevention. [Key words] Children; Megaloblastic anemia; Clinical features; Causes 巨幼细胞性贫血（megaloblastic anemia，MA）是指多种原因引起DNA合成障碍，形成的大细胞性贫血，是常见的贫血之一，其骨髓中可见巨幼红细胞及巨幼粒细胞，外周血呈全血细胞减少。巨幼细胞性贫血患者大约95％是由于叶酸或（和）维生素B12缺乏[1]。近些年来，随着人们生活水平的日益提高，巨幼细胞性贫血的病例仍是屡见不鲜。本文收集本院2005年1月～2012年5月收治的52例巨幼细胞性贫血患者资料，从而了解巨幼细胞性贫血的临床特点，现总结如下： 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 收集本院52例小儿巨幼细胞性贫血患者资料，男30例，女22例。1～3岁者42例，4～5岁者6例，6～10岁者4例，年龄最大者10岁，最小者1岁，平均3.08岁。所有发病均在3～18个月。 1.2诊断标准 所有患者按照喂养史、症状、体征以及辅助检查综合判断，以下为血液学变化[2]： 1.2.1血象 表现为大细胞贫血（MCV100 fl），中性粒细胞分叶过多，为5叶甚至6叶。 1.2.2骨髓 为增生性贫血，红系呈现巨幼变即可诊断为MA。 1.2.3叶酸和（或）维生素B12缺乏 以下各项检查明确：（1）叶酸、维生
