Being a enlightening tool, the Twenty-four stories of filial piety used three different ways to advertise culture and enlighten people, which led the Chinese filial piety culture to reach the peak in the Ming Qing Dynasty, bringing great impact on the surrounding Asian countries in the meantimes. However, after the new Culture Movement, the Chinese filial piety was severely impacted a lot. In the contrast, the filial piety culture is still enduring in Japan, Korea. This passage treats the Twenty-four stories of filial piety as an example, to explore the common characteristics of cultural enlightenment.
