ABSTＲACT :The upper part of the Gymnasium in Hebei Olympic Sports Center is surrounding supporting grid roof ，which
is plane grid with long-span and high headroom ，and the lower part of the gymnasium is concrete construction stand． The
sliding rail was set up under the supports ，and the pieces of the grid were assembled on the platform ，then the grid was
pushed to the established position by hydraulic ejector so as to ensure the grids precision ，reduce the installation time and
save the cost． To ensure the construction quality of the grid ，the monitoring for the bending ，the synchronism of sliding and
the stress-strain of the members should be conducted．
