Themeth od is hybrid of substructure and shak ing table techniques. The basic principle, test process, numerical integration method and tw o smi u lation m ethod of boundary condition are exp lained. The feasib ility of the testing m ethod is proved by a shak ing table test and a hybrid loading tes.t The key technological issues of the testing method are indi cated.
