宽1400厚220连铸机结晶器振动装置设计 摘要 本文重点介绍了板坯连铸结晶的振动方式以及对原有的振动装置的改进，通过在鞍钢集团的毕业实习和详细的分析计算，对结晶器的振动装置进行了设计，在结晶器的振动方式中，正弦振动以其自身的特点成为现代工业化板坯连铸结晶器的主要振动方式，得到了快速的发展。本文讨论了正弦振动的特点、主要参数及其确定。随着连铸技术的发展，与正弦振动相对应的非正弦振动的优点逐渐体现出来，它进一步提高连铸的生产效率和铸坯的表面质量。本课题通过在原有传动系统的基础之上，装入一个椭圆齿轮变速机构来实现连铸结晶器的非正弦振动，并用实例加以说明非正弦振动在板坯连铸方面可以良好的运行，能够进行推广。本文进行了椭圆齿轮的设计，并简要介绍了椭圆齿轮的制造方法及应用。同时也介绍了连铸结晶器电动机和减速机的选取，并校核了蜗轮-蜗杆减速机的蜗杆的强度，对连铸的发展概况等问题也做了简要介绍。 关键词：结晶器；正弦振动；非正弦振动；椭圆齿轮 The Design of Oscillating Mechanism of Continuous Casting Machine with The Size in Width 1400 and Hight 220 Abstract This paper is intended to give an introduction to the oscillating mode of the slab continuous casting mould as well as the improvement of the original oscillating mechanism At the same time after the practical in Angang Group and the detailed analysis and calculation , I give a designation mechanism of casting mould. In the oscillating mode of the casting mould , because of its own features the sine drive becomes the main oscillating mode of the modernized slab continuous casting mould and develops at a fast speed .This paper discusses the features of the sinusoidal oscillation ,main parameter and its confirmation. With the development of continuous casting technique, the advantages of the non-sinusoidal oscillation which is relative to sinusoidal oscillation, become more and more clear to people; it can make a further improvement of the production efficiency of continuous casting, as well as the surficial quality of the slab, This assignment is to install an ellipse speed-change gear to the original drive system so as to zchieve the non-sinusoidal oscillation of the continuous casting mould. Furthermore, it seeks to use examples to illustrate that non-sinusoidal oscillation can get a proper operation in slab continuous casting, and is worth further popularizing.
