实战演习条件下军人原发性头痛的防治研究实战演习前在参演某部军人根据《头痛症状及危险因素调查表》选取原发性头痛军人10人，分为 4组，每组 40人。A组自实战演习前 1 周开始服药，盐酸氟桂利嗪，5 mg，每晚一次； B组实战演习前 1 周开始服美利曲辛氟哌噻吨片，1，每早一次；C 组演习前 1 周开始服药，盐酸氟桂利嗪，5 mg，每晚一次，美利曲辛氟哌噻吨片，1，每早一次；D 组为对照组。演习结束后各组军人进行《军人心理应激自评问卷（PSET）》《焦虑/抑郁评定量表HAD》《军人头痛残疾程度评估问卷》调查。盐酸氟桂利嗪美利曲辛氟哌噻吨片《军人心理应激自评问卷（PSET）》《焦虑/抑郁评定量表HAD》《军人头痛残疾程度评估问卷》[Abstract] Objective :To discuss the prevention and treatment of primary headache among military under the context of war. Methads: To select primary headache military 160 people from a participated unit of military according to the 《Headache symptoms and risk factors questionnaire》，and then randomly divided into four groups,each group 40 people. Group A took the medication one week before the combat exercises, Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 5mg，once every night; Group B took Deanxit 1 table every morning one week before the combat exercises. Group C took the medication one week before the combat exercises, lunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 5mg，once every night and Deanxit 1mg every morning; Group D for the control group. After the exercise, conducted. Questionnaire for each group of military about 《Military psychological stress self-assessment questionnaire》《Anxiety / depression rating scale》《Military headache disability assessment questionnaire》. Relsults: Joint Flunarizine Hydrochloride and Deanxit treatment，and then conducted Questionnaire 《Military psychological stress self-assessment questionnaire》《Anxiety / depression rating scale》《Military headache disability assessment questionnaire》,the results is significantly better than with the single Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules and he single Deanxit treatment group, and statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: The joint Flunarizine Hydrochloride and Deanxit treatment is effective to prevention and treatment of primary headache in the context of war.
